The Digital Literacy and AI Training Module equips high school graduates with essential digital competencies required for success in higher education and the modern workplace.
It covers key foundational domains including Office Suite applications, cybersecurity awareness, and critical information literacy.
To drive future-ready capacity, the program integrates the strategic use of AI tools for productivity and innovation, introduces digital freelancing foundations, and aggressively strengthens professional communication skills.


The Leadership Development Module develops core leadership competencies that enable learners to communicate effectively, manage emotions, and lead with empathy and confidence.
The module emphasizes public speaking and communication skills, emotional intelligence, as well as peacebuilding and conflict resolution.
This part focuses on global citizenship and cross-cultural understanding, preparing learners to lead effectively in both local and global contexts.
The Entrepreneurship & Innovation Module develops entrepreneurial thinking and practical business skills that enable learners to transform ideas into viable ventures.
It focuses on business development and financial literacy, startup ideation and incubation processes, and design thinking and problem-solving approaches, equipping learners with the tactical knowledge required for real-world entrepreneurial success.


The Global Exposure Pathway is a core pillar of the ENA BRIDGE Program designed to position participants for global competitiveness.
